​How Do I Place An Order?

You just have to follow the steps clearly explained in our website. Select the products you are interested in and add them to the cart. Process the payment at the end and the article will be on its way to your home.

​Payment options

Payments can be processed by credit or debit card and paypal. In special cases we will accept direct transferences to FunPets account but for this please contact with us and make sure that it is a secure connection.

​How long does it take?

It depends on the state and the communications but you should receive your new article in less than a week. If not, please contact with us and we will come back to you with an explanation at the earliest convenience.

​Do you ship to my state?

We ship all over the US, because we believe that the whole nation has the right to give the best to their pets and for that we have made an special effort to match our prices with the required delivery costs.

​Shipping charges

Unless it is a really remote area, the shipping charges will be equal between the different states of US, taking into acount the following distances: less than 1000 miles, between 1000 and 5000 miles, and above.
